The highlight of this weekend is the XVIII FITUFF – International Festival of University Tunas of Figueira da Foz, which will take place on Saturday, April 29, at 9:30 pm in the Caffé Hall of Casino Figueira. Organized by Bruna – Tuna Universitária da Figueira da Foz, the event promises an unforgettable night with the participation of several national and international tunas.

On the same day, at 9:30 pm, the Center for Arts and Shows of Figueira da Foz receives the show La Porteña. With a repertoire that goes through the history of Tango, this presentation promises to delight lovers of Argentine dance and music.

Also on Saturday, rock lovers can enjoy The Vault concert at the JET7.5 Food&Drinks bar at 21h00, reliving the classics of the 70s and 80s.

At DRAC, on Morraceira Island, the night of modern music will be animated by Lisbon’s SeBENTA and the Figueiran band Johny Dead Radio, starting at 22h00.

For those who like cinema and dance, on Friday, April 28, the Figueira da Foz Arts and Entertainment Center will screen the documentary“Um Corpo que Dança – Ballet Gulbenkian 1965-2005” at 21:30. Marco Martins’ work traces the history of Ballet Gulbenkian and the development of dance in Portugal.

On Sunday, April 30, sports lovers can participate in the Spring Walk in Vila Verde, starting at 9:00 am,

or the 3rd Trail Run Aqui Há-os, in Quiaios, with distances of 17km, 27km and 50km to challenge runners.

In addition, until the end of the month, Figueira da Foz presents several art exhibitions, such as “Compaixão – Escritas Poligráficas” at the Centro de Artes e Espetáculos, exploring the dialogue between poetry and the visual arts.
