The June session of the “Tuesdays with Poetry” initiative will feature the lyrical singer Celeste Ferreira and the pianist Ricardo Caló, at the Madalena Biscaia Perdigão Auditorium.
According to a note from the organization, “One of the oldest and most enduring human activities is this: telling and listening to stories. Today, stories discover the world for us, through conflicts and impasses, solutions and diverse truths. Through multiple literary voices – the poetry and prose of Afonso Cruz, Adília Lopes, Manuel António Pina, Ana Luísa Amaral, José Miguel Silva, Mário Henrique-Leiria, among others – a piano, a loop-station and songs to match, Ana Celeste Ferreira and Ricardo Caló tell us (…) some of these paths traveled by others, thus becoming something of us”..
