Evening of music and gastronomy at Casino Figueira. Born in Figueira da Foz, Adelaide Sofia began her musical studies at the David de Sousa Conservatory of Music, in Figueira da Foz, where she completed the 8th grade of piano. He then entered the higher education course in Music at the University of Aveiro, where he completed a degree in Music and a master’s degree in Music Teaching. It was in Aveiro that she began to act/sing in Musical Theater and, from 2005, she dedicated herself to fado, solidifying an artistic path, which took her to the most prestigious fado houses in Lisbon, such as Café Luso, Forcado, Severa, among others. He has taken fado across borders, having already performed in Dubai, Cape Verde, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain and Morocco. Fado also led her to be part of the cast of “Trovas e Canções” where, for three years, she shared the stage with Ruy de Carvalho. At the same time, he teaches Piano and Music Education at Casa Pia de Lisboa and at Conservação Música de Sintra.
