MARCO MENDES will present his book “Juventude”, on August 13, at 16h00, at CAE’s Bruaá space.
Marco Mendes was born in Figueira da Foz in 1978. Lives and works in Porto. Comic author, artist, teacher and researcher with a grant from FCT. Founding member of the Drawing Club, (association dedicated to the training, exhibition and dissemination of this art) in Porto. He has published the graphic novels Diário Rasgado, Zombie and Tutti Frutti, by the publisher Turbina/Mundo Fantasma and the drawing album Anos Dourados, in a partnership between the same publisher and the Colégio das Artes, in Coimbra.
