Tao Yoga and Wellness Center hosts another relaxing concert of Gogos and Tibetan Bowls, with Alexandre Dias. “The magical sounds of Tibetan Bowls and Gongs are like a breeze coming straight from the Himalayas, to give harmony to the deepest part of our being. During the concerts people will be able to relax deeply, release tensions and reach subtle levels of consciousness in order to achieve physical, emotional and mental balance.”
