The association Talentos Objetivos – Clube de Enduro e Recreio will promote, with the support of the Parish Council of Quiaios, the Municipality of Figueira da Foz and the Municipality of Montemor-o-Velho, the third edition of Trail Running entitled 3 º TRAIL RUN AQUI HÁ-OS.
The event consists of the distances of 17km, 27km and 50km. The route (17 and 27 km) is designed on the perimeter of the parish of Quiaios, with the Secretariat and the Start / Finish located in the town of Praia de Quiaios. For the 50 km the route is outlined between Montemor-o-Velho (start) and Praia de Quiaios (finish).
